2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition and process your refund. *Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Standard shipping is carried out by a regular carrier and requires an adult signature.
The carrier will call to confirm the delivery time. Special delivery requests may incur additional charges. The estimated delivery time for customized products is approximately 4 weeks from the date of the order. It is crucial to inspect your goods upon delivery. Any damage to the cardboard box warrants further inspection. You have the option to accept the product as is or refuse delivery and wait for a replacement item. If you refuse delivery, please immediately contact willowdalestore@gmail.com to notify us.
If you accept the product as is, you acknowledge that you accept the damaged product and release the carrier from liability. By noting the damage on the delivery receipt, you may be eligible to file a damage claim with the carrier. WILLOWDALE will not refund a portion of your purchase price as compensation for the damage. If the product is accepted without any noted damage, you will forfeit all claims for damage, and you will not be eligible to return the damaged product later without incurring additional fees for return shipping, handling, repairs, and restocking.
